We understand how important it is to find the right vet for you and your pet and we will do our best to make you feel comfortable with your decision. We want to ensure that your first visit — and every visit after – exceeds your expectations and is a truly positive experience.
To help us learn as much as possible about your pet and his or her medical history, please obtain any previous health records that you might have. Or, if you prefer, just notify us to obtain the records on your behalf, in advance of your visit.

Payment Information
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, CareCredit®, cash, and personal checks.
We make every effort to partner with our clients to provide the best medical care for our patients while working within your financial means. Animal Hospital of Putnam does not offer client billing. However, we will provide you with the cost of treatment, in order to discuss how you would like to proceed in your pets care.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our friendly staff members. We invite you to voice your questions or concerns with any member of our team. Before your visit, get to know our hospital by checking out the services we offer and reading our staff’s bios.
