At Animal Hospital of Putnam we see all types of animals walk through our door. We’ve always said that “if it can fit through our door, we’ll treat it!” We most commonly care for cats and dogs, but our animal care expertise doesn’t stop there. We pride ourselves in the fact that we care for all kinds of animals, from rabbits to snakes to birds. Each of our highly trained team members is educated in the area of exotic and domestic companion animals. We regularly see a variety of birds, rabbits, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, chinchillas, and even the occasional pot bellied pig! Whatever companion animal you may share your home with, we will do our very best to ensure it receives the best of care.
